Depression Research.
We strive to unveil brighter paths toward healing.
If you live with depression and its symptoms, finding effective medications can be frustrating. While you may have tried several medications, your symptoms continue to occur. One option to consider is the MOONLIGHT-1 research study of an oral investigational medication.
You may be able to be in this study if you:
• Are 18 to 64 years of age
• Were first diagnosed with depression before the age of 55
• Are in a current episode of depression
• Episode length must be at least 2 months but not longer than 24 months
• Have taken 0, 1, or 2 treatments for depression in your current episode
Additional criteria will apply. All study-required visits, tests, and medication will be provided to you. You may also be reimbursed for study-required travel.

Exploring potential routes away from treatment-resistant depression.
You may be able to join the study if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have been diagnosed with major depression and have not responded to antidepressants
Other criteria will need to be met to confirm
your eligibility for this study, which will last
up to 62 weeks.
The purpose of this clinical research study is to determine the safety, efficacy, and maintenance of effect of an investigational medication. This investigational medication is being evaluated in people with depression.
Am I eligible? You may be able to participate in this study if you:
- Are 18-74 years of age
- Have been diagnosed with depression
- Have taken antidepressants in the past that did not work well for you
- Are currently taking an antidepressant medication but still have symptoms of depression.

Additional eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study doctor or staff during the screening process prior to you being enrolled in the study and receiving any investigational medication. Not all individuals may qualify to participate in the research.
